Program Coordinator

Department: Programming

Manager of our annual Call for Entries, including processing submissions, corresponding with filmmakers, and organizing/maintaining our database of
submitted films. Track accepted films and print formats for scheduling with theaters. Create festival schedule and edit copy for festival blurbs. During festival, bridge filmmakers and technical exhibition staff, facilitate guest participation in live events, introduce films, and serve as a key contact and ambassador for artists throughout the event.

Industry Coordinator

Department: Operations

Perform a host of duties which may include: arranging lodging/travel for attending filmmakers and industry guests, manage industry badges and film selections, oversee the smooth arrival and any unexpected needs of attending guests, advising guests on making the most of their time here at the festival and in NYC in general, and preparing and managing budgets.

Development Coordinator

Department: Operations

Work with our director of development to support current sponsorship activations. Development coordinator will also work to bring in new sponsors and brainstorm new sponsored events to tie in with the program. During the festival, facilitate and manage on-site sponsored events, work with our photographers to ensure high quality photos of each sponsor activation are captured to share with sponsors post festival. After the festival create a sponsor report to share with each sponsor.

Graphic Designer

Department: Operations

Lead graphic designer to help the festival meet the design needs for all departments. Typical design needs include the creation of signage, print catalogue, brochures, business cards, social media assets, posters, postcards and more. Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop required, motion graphics/After Effects experience a plus.

Ticketing & Operations

Department: Operations

Become an expert with our ticketing platform Elevent. Setup all badgeholders with accounts for film selection and ensure they have a corresponding badge packet and welcome letter to pickup at the festival. Assist in staffing venues and producing live events.
